    I have vowed not to review this office everytime I leave an appointment, but I’m taking a pause from my vows today ☺️. I just can’t help myself!

    My appointment was for 2:00. It’s 2:36 and I’ve been out of the chair already at least 7 minutes. Fast, courteous and professional... service! Dr. Bonaventure is the kindest, most compassionate dentist, ever! He came in, cracked a few jokes, and gave me a pat on the shoulder on his way out! He was done in record time. There is also not one unfriendly person that works there. You are greeted by name and with huge smiles. Anna actually remembered everything we spoke about at my last visit. 😀

    This is a “lunch hour friendly” dental office. So if you haven’t joined the Bonaventure Family, what are you waiting on? You’ll absolutely love it so much, you’ll find reasons to visit them. I promise.    read more

    I found Dr. Bonaventure when I moved back to Louisiana almost 5 years ago. The staff is personable and professional. Dr. Bonaventure has top notch equipment and technology. I referred a friend who was new to Louisiana to Dr. Bonaventure and she has been extremely pleased as well. When I had a... change in dental insurance for 1 year and Dr. Bonaventure was not on my insurance, I refused to change dentist and found a way to continue to go to him.     I’ve been coming to Bonaventure Dental since I moved here 7yrs ago. This is the best dental office in BR! I love everyone here and they always make you feel comfortable.     I don't like dentists, in general. I had a dentist do unnecessary work on me when I was young that set me up for not trusting dentists at all. That tooth had to be extracted last week.I was referred here by the dentist that did the extraction. He said he would send his family there. That was why I... trusted the referral.When I went to the consultation, I could tell this was a place I would feel comfortable. I got a root canal today. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. I speak for myself a lot more than I used to; so that is always going to help comfort levels. But I didn't have to ask for anything because they made sure I was definitely numb enough and even numbed me more when they had to use a brace during the last part of the root canal. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay during the procedure.They also allowed me to have one headphone in during the whole thing to relax me even more.I was in and out in less than an hour for a root canal. I never expect anything less than 2 hour visits to dentists.It's safe to say that they are helping to heal not just my tooth, but my fear of dental work too.I have more dental work to do; I put my health in last place for a very long time. I'm ready to do this work with this office.Thank you to everyone involved for how kind and empathetic everyone was. I can't wait to have a healthy smile again thanks to them!read more

He’s very caring and personable with his patients in a very professional manner ! I wouldn’t be listened to, and I suffered from mental illness that kept me from taking care of my teeth the way they should have been, and I had been ridiculed for it at the last dentist.     I work a full time float shift at a hospital, so my schedule can change constantly. After canceling my scheduled appointment, the staff kept me on a wait list and they ended up fitting me into an appointment slot that worked perfect for me!     Truly amazing staff. With an emergency broken tooth. They did everything in their power to get my little lady as comfortable as possible and got the broken tooth out.     Love this dentist office! I always feel at home and well taken care of! I’ve been seen by all of the dentists here. Dr. Bonaventure is always amazing! Great bedside manner :) Today I was seen by Dr. Safford he was great as well. He explained everything perfectly was able to help me out quickly with... a permanent retainer issue that I was having, my prior orthodontist is retired.     When you don't cringe or panic when you see you have a dental appointment coming up, says something about your dental team.     BEST dental care in Baton Rouge! The staff is so caring and makes you feel comfortable every time you come in. They are very gentle and ensure you aren’t in pain - this is HUGE! I can’t tell you how many dentists I’ve been to where everything they do hurts 😢 I would leave other places with... the corners on my mouth cracked & bleeding.

    Bonaventure Dental Care is the absolute best place to go. I’ve been apprehensive to seek dental care after having bad experiences with other dentists. The care I received was excellent, friendly, and professional. My procedures were painless due to their liberal use of numbing gel prior to... injection.
